Six departments laid out along a single production flow — see where your resistors are wound, cemented, housed, tested and packed.
2. Winding line
Programmable winding machines lay resistance wire onto ceramic cores to the exact turns count and pitch required for the target resistance value.
3. Cement encapsulation
Wound elements are dipped, potted and cured in inorganic cement to lock the winding in place, conduct heat and provide flame-retardance.
4. Aluminum housing assembly
Cement-cured elements are inserted into anodised aluminum housings filled with high-thermal-conductivity silicone — gives heatsink-mountable braking and load resistors.
5. QC lab
Climate-controlled lab houses the Keysight DMMs, AOI cameras, hi-pot tester and HALT chamber that gate every batch before it reaches shipping.
6. Shipping warehouse
Finished goods are barcode-tracked, picked, dual-checked and packed with anti-static foam and humidity indicators for DHL, FedEx, UPS or sea container dispatch.
